Once your Reservation is SUBMITTED, you’ll complete a quick guest verification process. This includes a secure background check, ID verification, and—depending on stay length—basic documents like proof of income or employment. It's fast, private, and keeps all guests and homeowners protected.

Once approved, you’ll receive your Rental AGREEMENT digitally. Review and sign with ease, then complete payment through our secure, integrated checkout system — all major cards and bank transfers accepted. From there, we’ll send your welcome email, digital access instructions, and guest guide.
